Untangle Dance

Class Description:

This one-hour improvisational movement class, led by the teacher, is designed to help you untangle, unwind, and energize your body. Moving through different levels—standing, sitting, and lying down—you’ll focus on stretching, activating, coordinating, and mobilizing through sensory awareness. Emphasizing joy and freedom of movement, the class invites you to connect with rhythm, groove, and pleasure in a supportive and playful environment suitable for all levels.

Important Notes: 

• Open to everyone aged 16+, no prior dance experience necessary.
• Classes start promptly at the scheduled time—please arrive at least 5 minutes early.
• There is no physical contact between participants.
• Bring comfortable clothing and a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Additional Information: 

• Classes are subject to minimum registration; the teacher may cancel up to 24 hours in advance—participants can choose a refund or transfer.
• Maximum class size is 30-35 participants to ensure a comfortable environment.
• Pre-registration is highly recommended as classes tend to fill quickly. Priority is given to pre-registered participants.
• Doors close promptly at the start—latecomers cannot be accommodated, so please arrive on time.

Participants' Liability & Release Agreement
I understand and agree that by participating in Margarida Macieira’s class, there is a possibility of physical injury. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury, illness or accident, which might occur to me during any classes. I also exempt, release, and indemnify Margarida Macieira, other teachers, volunteers, and assistants, from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, injury, or death to me, or property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in the Gaga class. I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold Margarida Macieira, the teachers, volunteers, and assistants, liable for such damage, loss, injury, or death.
